City of Good is an initiative created by Boise businesses and civic organizations to address our community’s urgent needs during this time of the Coronavirus crisis.
City of Good has three objectives:
• Feed our community
• Put people back to work
• Build a resilient local living economy
The initial drive is to create a lifeline for local restaurants and those who need food in our community. City of Good will provide restaurants with critical income to re-employ service workers to cook family meals that will be distributed to unemployed workers, those who are isolated, and other citizens in need. This effort also supports local farmers and strives to strengthen community institutions as we re-build a local, living economy.
